Python Job: Python Developer - Pune - C11-Officer

This requirement is for a Python developer for a data analysis application in finance domain.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience using Python, Pandas, Oracle PL/SQL to develop Scripts and Jupyter Notebooks.
You also need experience deploying applications using the pipelines utilizing Git, Anaconda/pypi, Jenkins and Bash scripting in Linux environment.
Knowledge of docker and containerization would be a big plus.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop maintainable and clean code using Python, SQL and Bash
2. Integration with other applications using REST API
3. Test and debug application to ensure accuracy
4. Improve the functionality
5. Implement non-functional requirements as necessary
6. Coordinate with other dev and product teams as well as external teams

Qualifications:
1. 5-8 years of work experience in Software Development
2. Hands on work experience as a Python developer
3. Understanding of SQL, data joins, merging and data analysis
4. Familiarity with front-end (JavaScript, CSS)
5. Good grasping and problem-solving skills
6. Exposure to large scale data driven apps and concepts
7. Can-do attitude and good team spirit
8. Knowledge or work experience in Banking or Financial Services would be a plus

Education:
Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
